Returns & Exchanges
Deliberti offers a straightforward return policy allowing you to return your luxury purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Deliberti account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original designer packaging and then inside a secure shipping box, ensuring the Return Proforma Invoice is included.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package to the outside of the box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized courier point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
